For whatever reason, one of my larvae has developed a kink in its tail. It's not a full-on hook, but just enough to be concerning for me. And of course it's the special one that I set aside to watch closely because of its coloring.

Some information:
I feed twice daily. I rinse my bbs each time. I do a water change right before feeding.
I use dechlorinated water from my tap. It's put out overnight so it reaches the same temperature as the other tubs.
It hasn't been too hot here, so temperature should not be an issue.
He has something to hide under

Any ideas???

Usually a sign of stress is the tail actually bending into sort've a hook shape, and although your larvae's tail looks a little crooked at the end, it might not be anything to worry about.
Is there any change in your little one's tail or behaviour at all today? Could you post another pic for comparison?
I hope someone more experienced will be along to offer advice and ease your mind soon.
