So, I was perusing the internet, as I usually do, and because I was curious, I looked up what types of axolotls there are. While I was looking, I found coloration types called "lavender" and "dalmatian". I haven't seen any of those color types here on the forum, though. Are they rare colors? Lavender axolotls have such a beautiful color, and I'd love to have one for myself someday, but I can't seem to find any.

Both are rare although I know Ive seen some dalmation and heard of lavender on this forum.

I saw another with a coloration called "enigma." I'm assuming that's a rare color as well?

Yup. Depending where you come from common colours include: olive, melanoid, leucistic, albino (white and golden), wildtype. Rares include but in no way limited to: chimera, harlequin, enigma, dalmation (silver dalmation), copper, lavender, piebald... the list goes on but my mind is dead lol
