Question: Laws in nc and fl?

Does anyone know the laws for having an axolotl in North Carolina or Florida?
i saw that in california theyre now illegal.

I think its stupid to make them illegal...
But I don't live in the USA, so I have no clue. Isn't there a website with laws in the USA?

yeah, i tried googling it, but i cant seem to find the answer. some say theyre legal others say they arent /:

They're legal to own in both of those states.

The best place to find relevant laws is through your local fish and game department.
