Legality of N.v.v/N.v.l in ontario

Hi, i'm here in ontario, and i was wondering if it is legal to posses eastern and central newts as a pet. I would want to capture,release,sell,breed,own,buy etc so if anybody knows plz post below. Thanks! (Also, please no hate, if i owned these and captured them i would take good care and release a portion of the offspring, increasing the population)
