Thanks everyone. Fidget is doing great. Sharn - I think you're right. Fidget does look like a she. So now I have 5 and they all look like She's...I was hoping for at least one "he". Well they are 7 months old...so maybe there's still hope?
Thanks again everyone, but really, the credit goes to Fidget. The little axie had enough fight in her left.

wow. Thats an amazing rescue story. Good work monica, thats one lucky axie, and good looking too!
Where'd you get him from that left him in that condition?

Oh I don't blame the person...as in he had too many to take care of. (A large batch of eggs.) He didn't have time to take care of them all and he did find homes for them. This guy was kept in a container with one other sibling. He had containers with two in each. I guess his tank mate was just vicious and wouldn't let him heal. I have more time so I offered to take him. I couldn't leave him there...he looked so pathetic. But the person who had him is not a vicious person...it was just a bad situation. My intentions were to make him better and find a home for him...but I'm so attached I think I'm just going to have to upgrade my tank to accommodate the little guy. And thanks for the 'good work'.
