Legos For Gray Tree Frogs

I also put this in the Enclosures and Vivaria section but I thought it would get more answers in here. Could you use Lego blocks in a setup for gray tree frogs? I'll have all the corners protected so they won't hurt their stomachs. Would it be safe, reasonable, and could it be done?

i think its all right, i sometimes use knex with my animals and they like it
