Did you also notice that a huge chunk of her tail is missing? You need to separate the two because the other female is probably harming that one.
How are all of your water parameters? Is your tank cycled?
What is the temperature?

It could also be skin shedding, or destruction of the slime coat

Everything is good water wise. Check them everytime i do a water change. I have a filter on low cycle and temp usually sits at about 12-13 degrees celcius. Drops slightly at night. Yes i had noticed her tail.
