This individual are in Tarragona mountains, but in a more arid zone, in a finally of this distribution in the region

In this zone the salamandra is the Salamandra salamandra salamandra sub.

normal larvae, for comparison;

Bye :wink:

Hello PereJosa,

I´ve often seen single light larvae between the regular dark ones in S.s. terrestris; so far they all developed in normal colored salamanders, when they morphed. I assume, this one will turn out normal, too.

Regards, Ingo
