Lizard ID

Hello, found this in france a while back, anyone know the what it is; latin name?

Think it was a juvenile, caught it early in the morning, was slow/sleepy, not too hard to catch..

and this frog: think its a pool frog or something??

The lizard looks like a wall lizard, lacerta muralis.
