Lump on gills..... anything serious?

So recently I’ve noticed what looks like a fleshy lump on leviathans floofs. This particular side has always been missing one and has slower growth rates but only just recently noticed this growth as he’s got bigger (he’s about 4.5 months old now) Any ideas what it is and should I be worried? He’s fine and seems happy enough otherwise.
