Illness/Sickness: Lump on heading. What is it and what can I do?

Hi folks
Hoping someone can help. Pumpkin came to me with a red dot on her head. It has grown into a lump of some kind. It seemed to have some flaky fungus on it which fell off once I treated her in a tea bath. She went if earthworms mand hadn't eaten for many days but took 4 meal worms enthusiastically today, which was very encouraging. I will try to post before and after pics of the lump. Please help!

I have not seen anything like this before, so can't offer any advice. I hope that the more experienced keepers and breeders can help.
It may be worth finding a vet in your area who can help.

Wow that is very interesting, No idea what it is, maybe an infection that is swollen?
