Lumpy head axie

So the pet store down the street from me pretty consistently has axolotls, the past few months ive seen one in there with a giant lump on his head ...they have the tank around 75-80 degrees so i finally had to save the little guy wondering if its an infection or what/ what can be done for him. I have little backround on this guy although i know the water conditions beside the temperature are well and they have a diet of exclusively tilapia and let me tell you these guys are massive quite unbelievable actually never seen any as big as some in that tank.

It looks pretty similar to what's going on in Pablo's post? (http://www.caudata.org/forum/f46-beginner-newt-salamander-axolotl-help-topics/f48-axolotls-ambystoma-mexicanum/f58-sick-axolotl/101148-growing-lump-axolotl-head.html), he took him to a vet and had the lump aspirated and I guess the veterinarian found a fungal infection but it could be different, who knows?

Oh jeeze thanks although it must not be infectious as this one has been living in a 15gal with maybe 10 or 20 other axies for the past 4 months and the others show no similair symptoms as i was very concerned with that at first, his gills look good and hes very well fed to so i just dont know at this point haha
