Hi, should marimo moss balls be treated like rocks when being put in axolotl tanks and avoided or can axolotls cohabitate with them?
Does anyone have any experience with keeping these 2 amazing lifeforms together?

My axies like to sit on them, balance on their bellies on top of them, push them around or hide behind them. They are fine with axies, and can help with nitrates too.

They're fine. Just quarantine them like you would any other plant before adding it in the tank. It's also good to wash them well, mine were pretty dirty when I got them so I just squeezed them under running water several times to get all the dirt out of them. My axies love them too.
