Marking noise

Hi, tonight it is very amusing that to heard my Tylototriton asperrimus making noise again! The sound like "Au Yi, Au Yi" and continue in past few days during night time.

I've heard of mudpuppies squeaking but not Tylototriton!

Are you sure the sounds are coming from its mouth and not from it scratching on the glass at in the dark, for example?

Hi Tim,
I'm sure that is come from it, but I don't know how can it do. Every time it makes the "Au Yi", the mouth like swallowed something.

The last time during it is making noise, it stay next to a stone. If you near the tank, the sound is quite clear.
