Marmoratus or pygmaeus?

I got these as pygmaeus but suspect that they are marmoratus. Any suggestions.

I'm a little disappointed in the guy who sold them to me, I don't know if he knew the difference between the speices, but it won't be a problem at all, I like the animals.
