Methylene blue baths - How long? How much?

I'm linking my prior thread about my axolotl here. It's time for methylene blue baths, but I'm unsure of how long they should be. I've seen 10 minutes and 12 hours. Please let me know. I have purchased Kordon's methylene blue with the following directions:
