My morphed axolotl looks like peeling what is wrong whit him?

is your axie really a fully morphed one or is the morphing procedure still going on?

When newts leave the water, they change their couat from a slimy water coat to a strong land coat. Maybe this is what your axie is doing now. So, it might be quite normal.:happy:

Morphed axolotls continue to shed skin in chunks at irregular intervals of a few days for the rest of their lives.

Oceanblue is right - all newts do this.
