Question: Moving an Axolotl tank?

Hi, I've had my Axolotl for about 4 months now, and recently I've been planning on moving to a new home. Although I know the basics for moving a tank (like keeping as much of the tank water as possible), I want to make sure I have everything correct so that the move isn't stressful. The drive is only around 30-40 min. (without traffic, but with traffic it's about an hour) but, there's also another detail i'm worried about and its that we're going to be moving the axolotl into a new tank once he gets to the new house. If anyone could give me a basic rundown on what I need to make sure to have/do in this situation it would be much appreciated.

YOu could try to save some of the water in jugs with lids and then transfer it to the new tank along with the decorations. Bring the axie in a smaller container with plants or something in there to keep her from bumping the sides.

Thank you for replying! I do have a little container ready to go for him.
It turns out I won't be getting a new tank at the moment. So, when I move the old tank to the new house would it be possible for me to leave the substrate and the decorations inside along with a little bit of water to keep more of that healthy bacteria in the tank? I'll still put most of the water in my 2 gallon bucket but I just want to save as much as I can so I don't have to cycle the water.
If my cycle does break due to the transition though what would you recommend for me to do to cycle it again?
