Hey! So I may or may not be moving into a new house soon (not finalized yet). I am very nervous to move my axolotl and his 20 gallon tank. How should I safely move him and his water? I don't want to get rid of too much of his water and potentially mess up my good established tank. What should I do?
Thanks!

Hi,
You'll have to move the tank empty but you can keep at least part of the water in one or two jerricans for the transport.
If the tank is well established, the sand, the decor and the filter (if any) are doing most of the good job.

Now the unknown : how different will be the tap water in your new house ?

The tap water will be the same in my new house.. Should I move him into a smaller tank for the moving period (like when I'm getting his tank ready for transport)? I want his stress to be minimal. Ty :)
