Multiple Axolotl Fungus

I have two male axolotls in a 40 gallon breeder, I’ve had them for a couple years no health problems recently we did a big move almost an hour. My oldest one developed a fungus from the stress, all water parameters are in check temp 64-65 degrees, pH 7, nitrates <20 and so on. I have him in a 3 day 12 hours on 12 hours off methylene blue treatment. How do I prevent my other axie from catching it? Should he be put in treatment too? I also read pima-fix is safe in low doses should I just dose the tank?

slight water salinity ie.. 2g/l salt, will help prevent instances of fungus although due to your ph 50% holtfreters + 0.1g/l magnesium sulphate would be better.
