my axie has got a blue lump on his right hand side between his front and hind legs if anyone knows what this is please post as soon as possible incase it is something serious

hummm im fairly new but ive looked through the archives and ive never heard of anything like that
if u have gravel could be that
if u have siblings or kids did they feed it something (my last pet a hamster died because it was fed a rolo by my sister)
or it could be a blood clot or maybe a tumor
but those are just random guess's

they didnt feed him anythnig but i just checked on her and she has a clot of blood at the end of her tail

Hey Bruce, how long have you had your axie? When did you get her? If recent, the place you purchased her from, did they have coloured gravel? Gravel if swallowed can take days to months to eventually come out of an axie. Just an idea, ones we are looking after still poo out occasional stone/gravel

Id assume hes swallowed something..

Do you have any pics?? How big is the "lump"?

Again, pics would help.

ive tried but my digi cam wont take the right brightness sory it goes up and down sometimes

i dont know any organs that would look blue so id say its gravel, put it in the fridge to see if it will pass it. is it still acting normally and eating right?

its still acting normal but whenever i try to pick it up he escapes and i dont have a net

i dont have any other means of picking up cus i havent been near a pet store lately but she seems to be alright now

You can always use a container to scoop her up.

oh, i thought you were picking it up to make it walk or something lol, just make sure your hands are clean or even wear disposable gloves with none of that powder stuff on them if you can
