My axolotl looks bloated

Helllo!

My axolotl lost one of her limbs and is slowly growing it back. After that I have noticed she’s gotten bigger now because she has a smaller limb sometimes she trips over and turns on her back. She then get flip back I flip her back. I’m worried it’s past bowel issues.

what are they being fed?
do a full water parameter test ie.. ph, ammonia, nitrites, nitrate, kh, gh.
have all your axolotls got reduced gills?

Red worms now, and yes all of my axies have reduced gills, I did a water change Friday. Planning to do one again this Friday.

the reduced gills indicate a possible issue with the water, do regular water changes (weekly if possible, no more than 50% per change), make sure water chemistry is correct ie.. moderate/hard water, slight brackish (2g/l non-iodised salt)
an improper diet can cause organ issues which can lead to edema (bloating), ensure that they receive a varied carnivore diet.
