by the looks of it they are burns, check your ammonia levels as ammonia is the most common cause for burns and blisters.
have the axolotl tubbed in fresh cold dechlorinated water changed daily, add 2g/l non-iodised salt to help with the burns, almond/catappa leaves will also be benificial and soothing.
do a full test of the tank (I assume he/she was in a tank) to make sure that the nitrogen cycle is working properly ie.. ph, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, also kh gh if possible.

Unfortunately, the axolotl found out that he had died when I had just woken up.

However, I still have to accept the fact that the axolotl died, and probably because yesterday's bleeding greatly deepened his disease.
I should keep an eye out for these potential threats in the future and upgrade my equipment to make life more comfortable and healthier for salamanders/other pets!
