I have a pair of Chinese red belly newts. Both have been with me for a really long time and recently one of them has been swimming in circles, floating sideways, moving very slowly and having a lack or coordination. It can't get out of the water on it's own and I haven't seen it eat in a while. I have removed it from it's tank and separated it from the other one. I can't find any information about this whatsoever and I really can't find someone to help with this. If someone knows what to do, please tell me.

I haven't heard of anybody having problems quite like that. A mineral deficient diet could possibly cause some of those symptoms, what do you feed them? Also, are there any unusual bumps or kinks in it's body?

I feed them fish food, sinking pellets the pet shop owner recommended me for them. The bottle says it's a Cichlid formula and the brand is New Life Spectrum. Might the food be the problem?
I do not notice any bumps or kinks, however it's belly seems to be a little bloated.

No, that food should be fine for them, I don't think that's the problem. Could you post a pic of the sick one?
