So cute! what are they standing on? I'm looking into what I might need for when mine starts transforming
And are they bloodworms?

they are standing on damp brown papertowl. I change it and give the containers a scrub each night with hot water. The food is a mix of frozen bloodworms, brineshrimp, mysis shrimp (sometimes) and herptivite vitamin supliments.
