Mystery Frog

I cannot find anything that looks remotely like this strange tree frog on the Ministry of Natural Resources website(Ontario). At my camp this summer I found a strange frog so i recorded a whole bunch of details about it. Only recently did I recover this paper while cleaning my room. This frog has very smooth brown skin, approximately l-------------l in length, and has "sticky balls" at the end of its toes. the eyes are black, and the snout is severely pointed and black. the frog was approximately l--------l in width at the back hip. the front snout had the appearance of a black leaf curling up at the tip. the place where the tadpole tail was was rather pointy and sensitive. I found it in a grove of spruce trees. Does this say anything of its pH tolerances? I can safely say that it is not Rana Sylvatica or Hyla Versicolor. Any Ideas anyone?

what kind of markings were on it?
did it have the "mask" like the wood frog?

The markings on its face were similar to the wood frog, except the black spots on either side of its face stretched across the length of its snout, with no black above its eyes.

I was going through all of the old posts in the phot section and i found a picture of this frog. It turns out to be a Pseudacris Crucifer. Sorry about that I had the size very wrong.
