Name That Color?

Hi, I just got this guy recently and can't figure out what color he is. I'd appreciate any help on figuring it out. And I apologize for the bad quality. Thanks so much.

The colour is pretty distinctive, but coppers have red eyes, wilds have black.

I couldnt see red eyes in the pics but it does look like a copper, the marbling on the axolotl also points to copper rather than a light wild.

Yeah I'm not sure if his eyes are red or not. One day they'll look like their black, the next they look red, or its my imagination lol. I thought coppers were a bit more pink/very light maroon, with a light body with darker spots.

tend to look like copper lol, the marbling gets more distinct as they mature, the red reflection in the eye is the distinctive characteristic though, ozzy coppers dont have red eyes, they look the same , share the same name but are a different morph.
