Necturus in Barcelona

Hi all
I couldn't resist to take a pic of my necturus maculosus. After 20 years I finally got some.

How many do you have in there, and how big are they (and the tank?) I've had territorial problems with two in a 75 gallon tank, and some pretty violent fighting so bad that I was forced to separate them.
 
They are over 30 cm, some 40 cms. I keep them (one or two couples) in tanks of 500 litters with plenty of hidding places.

That's cool, Necturus are some of the neatest salamanders out there. They're beautiful animals.

What do you feed them? Mine prefer small fish, but also eat earthworms and some insect larvae. It's a really neat experience to hand feed them too; with a little patience, you can train them to take minnows right out of your hand. =)

Do you know the sex ratio of the animals? It'd be really great if you managed to breed them; some might even be fertilized already, if you're lucky.
