what is the normal temperature?
get the tanks temperature as low as possible.
use 100% holtfreters + 0.2g/l magnesium sulphate, this may need increasing to ARS (amphibian ringers solution which is one and a half to twice strength holtfreters) levels if there is no improvement.
the bloating is the main concern.
what food have you tried?
0.1g/l ascorbic acid (vitamin C) may help if it is organ related.
make sure to check all water parameters as well as regular sand rotation.
if you can get her to eat feed eyed food ie.. fish, krill, shrimp etc.. this is for the vitamin A which will also help if bloating is organ related.
holtfreters info.. Axolotls - Requirements & Water Conditions in Captivity
ARS is 6.6 g/l NaCl, 0.15 g/l KCl, 0.15 g/l CaCl 2 , and
0.2 g/l NaHCO3

Her temps sitting at 60° f ammonia nitrite read 0 about 30 nitrates I did a major water change all I've been able to ever get her to eat is nightcrawlers she'll eat guppies too I gave her 1 once but all she wants is nightcrawlers I tried red worms and she just spit it out other than bloating and not eating she's acting normal she's been in this tank since November of last year haven't changed anything I have roobis tea if you think tannins will help I also have maracyn and a bunch of fish meds if anything will help I don't have the ingredients for the solution I don't think I have aquarium salt but I don't remember chemistry enough to understand the chemical symbols lol

there are a few things that have same symptoms,
gravid.. when a female is gravid she puts on size due to the eggs inside her, this can happen whether a male is present or not, it has also been known for females to loose appetite and can take a few weeks to resolve itself, by which time her body will reabsorb the eggs.
osmotic bloating.. this occurs due to lack of salts and minerals in the water causing the water in the surrounding area to be absorbed into the body to balance out levels, this is why it is even more important to always re-add salts and minerals when using ro or distilled water.
organ issues.. liver failure which isn't very rare with axolotls and can cause a build up of fluid.
100% holtfreters is 3.5g/l sodium chloride (non iodised salt), 0.2g/l bicarbonate of soda, 0.1g/l calcium chloride, 0.05g/l potassium chloride, 0.2g/l magnesium sulphate (epsom salt) is added to holtfreters to provide additional essential mineral, 50% is half levels.
maracyn is an antibiotic which can be used with axolotls.
roobis tea has been known to be used with axolotls.

Ok I change like 7 of 15 gallons each week w our hard tap water so I'm not sure it that adds the salts you mean but I'm guessing it does and I was wondering if it might be because of eggs or even organ failure I live in a rural area so it's hard to get anything ty for all the help I'm hoping it works out ok

hard water provides some carbonates and minerals (this is normally in the form of calcium carbonate ie.. limescale) this will help with kh and gh although it has been known to have high kh but low gh (would have to be tested to be sure)
