Need help on submersible pump.

I need it to cycle at least 90 gph so the pump has to move that plus up 21", down the back of the tank beable to circulate it through several feet of tubing and back up prob 5' to be dumped back into tank (cooled)

I know i prob should get an adjustable pump. Any suggestions which? And/or figure out what my options will be on that?
