Need help with anchor worms

So I got this wild type from the pet store a while ago and it had what looked like an anchor worm I tried to pull it off thinking it was, a few days later it was gone, the other day I was looking at my axolotl and I noticed he has more in the frills of his gills and I'm not sure what to do about it, I've asked around, asked the pet store, she told me to research if clout is safe for amphibians, it is not. I'm not sure what to use or where to get it, I live in a very small town and it is very hard to find anything for amphibians here. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Try Dimilin , my dad used this to treat anchor worms on guppies and it worked quite well!!!
