Need help with tail is it fungus???

So I'm going to post some pictures of my axolotls tail it's been like this for about two two and a half days now and it's starting to look worse it didn't look this bad yesterday I don't know what it is it looks white and kind of like cotton maybe, I really would like help knowing what to do I'm really scared I've already lost one baby I don't want to lose another please help

Hi, ok, so first things first, ur parameters.
Ammonia, Nitrite,Nitrate, PH. What water conditioner do you use?
Looks like fungus to me, once you answer these questions I’ll be able to help more
