New Axolotls not eating

G'day all
I bought 2 new axies from a new pet store and they arn't eating.
I have had them three days and they just wont eat. unlike my other three axies that snap at anything that moves. mealworms, earthworms, pellets always eaten but my new two just wont eat. I rang the pet shop and they said they don't know why they wont eat but a lot of people have rang them about it. Does anyone have any idea what the issue is?
They ate pellets at the pet shop and I tried Pellets, Earthworms and mealworms. Does anyone have an idea of what I could try?

Most wont eat for the first week due to stress of moving, don't stress and reoffer food

As said it's not unusual for them to refuse food in their new surroundings. Some won't eat for a day, some won't eat for a week - It varies. Keep offering the food and they should eventually eat.

Is your water temperature different from that at the shop? Your water composition? (hardness, pH etc). Presumably you have your nitrogen cycle under control if you have already got axies. Maybe you have higher or lower levels of nitrates in your tank than the shop.
What about tank furnishings, view from the tank, noises etc. Perhaps they just need time to settle in? Only other thing I can think of is they might be bunged up with gravel but I would not expect it to apply to every axie bought from the shop.
Hopefully someone with more experience will step in here.

I was thinkign stress myself and I hope thats all it is.
I doubt its water pressure or temperature since both towns are quite close.
temperature here is hot and cold due to having messed up weather but the water is always below 25 celsios.
Thank you for you help its just my axies eat everything and anything they see each other included but these two just wont eat.

Just an aside. I once moved house to a village just ten miles away and was surprised to find my kettle furring up. Turned out the village water was from a local borehole. Everyone else for fifty miles around were using lovely soft Welsh mountain water. Just shows you can't take anything for granted .......

As the other guys have said they may be a touch stressed from the move. I dont know what your tank is like so apologies if you have all ready done this but add some plants , the additional cover will make them feel secure, turn the lighting off their tank if it is on, or reduce the room lighting if it's not, keep noise and movement around the tank to a minimum, they may have spent time in a shop but that doesn't mean they liked it. Just let them chill out and adjust to their new surroundings. As a side note axolotls are generally unresponsive to noise which doesn't involve banging on their tank but I have seen them bolt occasionally when my kids slam the door, they are more likely to be sacred by sudden movement people messing about with the tank or peering into it. Once they are settled in and feeding you will probably find they come to see you for food, especially as they are juvies and on the scrounge for food.

yer i have got one to eat now but not from hand i had to drop the worm and hope it would grab it. they other still hasn't eaten but i'll figure soemthing out. thanks for all your help peoples

Or you could take the advice offered.
