I came across this site while doing some research on Echinotriton andersoni. I am very impressed with this forum. I bought the E. andersoni from Michael Shrom and they seem to be doing well so far. Any and all advice on them along with Tylototriton species is greatly appreciated. I'm a python keeper and these are the first amphibians I have kept myself but my partner at The Center for Reptile and Amphibian Research ( Erik Stoops) has me branching out a little. I must admit I am quite taken with these little guys and I'm anxious to learn all I can so please be patient with me;). I'm sure I'll have a lot of questions for you guys to help me out with:eek:. Again, great forum:cool:!

A big welcome to you.
I must warn you that this site may proove addictive! I joined whilst looking for an axolotl ( I had a pair that reproduced..now have 11.5 ) and have found the complete site supportive and helpful, I am now resisting branching out to something else, the only thing stopping me apart from space is there is so much to choose from. This is a site that you can learn from and in turn end up helping others.

Hi Donnie welcome its good to have you aboard.

Welcome along Donnie! There's plenty of "tylo-nuts" on this forum who'll be happy to help out. Enjoy your stay and good luck with the andersoni.

Thanks for the warm welcome. I've been checking the forum out and what I find refreshing is the lack of backstabbing and other nonsense seen on so many forums. I also love the international flavor. This is truly a great forum! Mark, the andersoni seem to be doing well so far. I've only had them a week. I'll have plenty of questions once I get rolling and hopefully I can answer some questions for some people as well. My main interests are pythons and monitors, but I'm really interested in Tylototriton and Echinotriton and look foward to learning from everyone here. Again, thanks for the warm welcome. It's an honor to be here.
