New Owner need some help!!!

I dont really want to cut up worms. i put 2 crickets in there temporary home and left them along for a few minutes, I came back and checked and both crickets were gone. So I put two more in there and it has been a couple hours and they are still in there. Are they full?

I think fake plants would be easier for me for my first set up. Thanks for the suggestion!

At the point that they begin ignoring food after several hours, they have probably had enough....remove the crickets and feed again in another day or so.

Just so you know, earthworms/nightcrawlers are ideal foods and nutritionally optimal. If you feed only crickets, you will need to either gut load the crickets (questionable efficacy) or dust them directly prior to feeding with a quality multi-vitamin and calcium powder (e.g., Rep-Cal Herptivite mixed with Rep-Cal Calcium with D3). The worry being metabolic bone disease if not calcium supplemented (complicated discussion but that's the short version).
