Hi! I've never posted before. I registered a couple months ago because I thought it was cool to have a website totally dedicated to amphibians. I don't have a set up yet; however, I would like to get a few fire bellies. Do any of you know what would be a good filter for a 5 gallon aquarium with 3 inches of water in it?

For that size of tank, I would recommend using a screen lid and no filter at all. If you have a solid lid, then use an airstone to make sure there is enough aeration.
Do you already have the tank? If not, I would recommend a 10-gallon, which is virtually the same price and a much better size.
