Hello all, I am thrilled to be here.
Lets make this short and sweet...
I have three tanks.
5.5, 29, and 55 gal.
5,5 currently housing six tetras and three ghost shrimp
29 housing a dozen mixed tetras and a pleco.
55 gal, currently cycling, awaiting Axolotls, I had the 29 gal al set and ready to go, then when i went to the reptile show to purchase my new baby, there were none there... in the past month i have acquired this 55 gal and now wish for it to be my Axolotl sanctuary. i have dispersed the live plants that i had into my two smaller aquariums, and now wish to hear any and all you have to say about your lotls, or experiences... i would like to do some awesome aquascaping in the 29 gal, but feel that it may be too small, and should do this with the 55 gal and the lotls. lets hear what you guys have on aquascaping and axolotls. Thank you all in advanced and im so excited to be a member here! you have all helped me so much already when i was doing my original research!!

Im from Cleveland Ohio by the way. sorry, got over excited. I originally wanted to start an Axolotl tank for my daughter who is soon to be one. I thought it would be cool to have a baby dinosaur at home she could tell her friends about when she got older. I most certainly got obsessed once i got my first tank, just cleaning it out from the previous owner... HOOKED
