Hi everyone, my name is niall and i am from the forest of dean in england :D i love and study all amphibians and can take most if not all questions about axolotls, and and other amphibian s i have just breed my axolotls and am now raising them, i also have some reptiles as well as i like a broad spectrum of animals so if you have a question about reptiles i would love to answer (private message me), but now my attention is mostly on 80-90 baby axies that i have..... :D

    Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

    Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
