newb water question

hey guys firstly me and misty want to thnx everyone for the hlp over the past few days i sleep better and misty lives better thnx to u guys but i have 1 more newb question?

i am feeding misty buy hand atm and dont have a ammonia/nitr test kit will me putting my hand in the tank cause any of these lvls to rise or is it safe i see that alot feed buy hand but have no idea if it hlps to upset chem lvls thnx

As long as your hands are well washed (and really well rinsed), they shouldn't affect your water quality.
