The newest addition to the family!
I got a phone call from my pet store telling me my golden axolotl had finally come in, so I tell them I picked up my axolotl nearly a month ago. We work out that they accidentally ordered it twice. The lady jokingly asked if I wanted another one and I laughed and said no, I had no intention of getting another golden. I was thinking my next axolotl would be an albino.
Anyway I go to the pet store because they've also ordered in a master kit for me to test the water and out of curiosity I go check out their axolotl tank. There's a melanoid in there with the usual chomped gills then I spot this SUPER active little gold one and its gills were just so long! I've never seen them like that out of a pet store before!
It took all of two minutes to decide I wanted her.
Now I'm shifting around all my tanks and filling up a spare one  on the plus side my fiance's happy because they're all in the same tank at the moment! four in my 3ft, although that's only for a few hours luckily!
