Hi. It's been a while since I've been on this board and I have a question. It's going to be nice outside tomorrow where I live and I'm going to a forested park tomorrow. The breeding season has started for red-spotted newts where I live and I'm hoping to get to see a few. Any ideas on when and in what type of area I should search to find some larvae or breeding adults?

Just try to look through a few ponds and look under damp logs to look for adults and efts.

Okay. I haven't been to any ponds in a while but know I'll look. I didn't find any today though. I guess the park is too disturbed by people.
