Question: Normally how long does it take for an axolotl to regrow its lost limbs/gills?

Between 2 weeks and never.
It really depends on so many things - age, size, nutrition, water quality, temperature, how much limb/gill has been lost, genetics - you can't put a time on it.
I have had axie regrow toes in a few days, and some who are still missing limbs after 7 months.
