Hi, I'm Nemesor Jack. My avatar is a robot space zombie from a game that used to be great. And so is my forum name. Because that's what I liked ten years ago when I signed up for this forum.
Now days I am more interested in smoker recipes and arthritis remedies.
I've been keeping fresh and saltwater fish, inverts, reptiles, and amphibians for a quarter century now.
Over the years, I've come around to the idea that science hippies are usually wrong. On purpose. They are motivated by the need to publish, or the need to profit. And the bigger the lies, the better their results.
Also, I am terribly sarcastic. Sometimes not even I know when I'm kidding.
Seriously though, I'd trust someone who has kept a particular animal alive in their basement for a few decades over a phd. Every. Time. Because one of them is doing what they are interested in. The other is doing a job. For money.
