Not sure if sick or not?

Over the past six months Sheldon has developed a black spot on his lower jaw that has gotten bigger over time, he also appears to have 3 small flesh like bumps along the lower jaw line, sort of like skin tags. I'm not sure if this is normal or not, he still eats but not as much as the other Axies, maybe once every 3-4 days instead of every second day. I also felt it the other night, it feels very hard, I compared to another Axie who's feels soft. Anyways here is a few pics.

My leucistic male has similar marks (I call it lipstick!). Bumps seem normal too, I wouldn't wrry too much.

Ok thanx. Just wanted another opinion cause I wasn't sure since he hasn't always had it. Good to know it's normal, it doesn't seem to bother him.
