Illness/Sickness: Nub thing?

Stanley has an itty bitty nub that I'm a little concerned about. I was admiring how cute he was..

when all of the sudden I see this little nub..

the more I look at it the more it looks like he ran his face into something and its just a bit of skin hanging off... possibly? Help?

Looks normal to me, some axies get little lumps and bumps. My leucistic has one, I think they are more visible on leucistics beacuse of their colouring.
