A friend uses Nutribac to 'keep his axies healthy, active and eating'. I'm not really sure about this just because I've never heard of using that for axies.
I have Nutribac myself and I sometimes use it for my cornsnakes and one of my snakes really got well after the use of antibiotics (he had flagellates and he fully recovered).

For the interested:
Nutribac says it's for 'all reptiles and amphibians' and stimulates the reptile and amphibian's appetite lost to the effects of stress of moving, poor diet, hostile cage mates, or low levels of disease.'
Also: 'Stimulates the appetite by repairing the damage done to the digestive system by modern medications that eliminate total gut micro flora.'

So this might be a stupid question... Do people over here really use this for their axies? If yes: why? What are the effects? Etc.

If not: Yep it's a stupid question. :D

Okay, after reading this it really sounds stupid.
