Out of the 10 at last

I stopped over at my mom and dads house today to feed everything beacuse they are gone for the weekend, and I kinda was sneaky and did something I may get in trouble for... I got a bigger tank for the axies!
I finally picked up a 20 gallon long. My axies grew so big so fast I think they were about ready to jump out of that 10. This 20 long is perfect for axies, I even have it about 2/3 full and it looks really nice, with the white sand.

I know that I should have asked frist, but my new thoery on the ampbians is do it first, and then ask later. Such as "oh yeah, I bought a much bigger tank and moved them into it, but look how nice it looks and they look so happy"
Usually if I do things this way and have the end product all ready and on display, then people are much less grumbly, I know if I would have said "hey, how about I go buy a bigger tank and we move this dresser over there" then a huge debate would have insued. I find the "axi first, questions later" method is the best way to make all parties happy. Anyone do this to thier signifcant others/roomates/family?

i always do stuff like that im always bringing home new axies and never tell my parents

That's certainly what happened here. The only reason we ended up with axies in the house is because my son bought them despite my telling him not to. I couldn't very well say 'take them back'!! And now I adore them and I'm knocking myself out hatching shrimp and scattering blood worms to feed their 50 offspring!

And when I want to add something or do something a little different in my son's axie tank I do it while he's out or away for the weekend... he always likes it ... in the end. So sometimes the best interests of the axies mean 'act first then ask'!
