Parameters in my axolotl tank

My pH level is 7.2, ammonia level is 0, nitrite level is 0 and nitrate level is 0. Are these parameters good?

it depends. How long has the tank been set up? technically yes, those levels are safe, but the absence of nitrates would indicate your tank probably isn't cycled.

how big is the tank? when was your last water change? how much did you change? and what do you water parameters normally test at

Changed it Monday. Now I'm getting different readings.
