Pic tube

We put a piece of pic pipe in the tank for shruck. Didn't know it floats, how can we keep it place?

Do you mean pvc pipe? They don't usually float unless there is air trapped in the pipe. Check that first. You could silicone some aquarium safe weights onto the bottom/side of the pipes or silicone the pipe to the floor of the tank if you want it there permanently.
