I have two male Axolotls in a tank together. I've been trying to get the larger and newer of the two to switch food, which he refuses to do. So I followed someone's advice and tried to wait him out. It hasn't worked. In fact now not only will he STILL not eat earthworms but my other is refusing them now as well. I've tried everything, changing their worms (i bought Canadian crawlers, red wigglers, night crawlers) Please help me!!!!! I'm so scarfed I'm going to lose them. My water parameters are all spot on and I don't see anything outwardly wrong with them. What do I do!!!!

I've been trying to switch one of my Axolotls to earth worms. He is 10 months old.

He first ate two dendrobaena worms the first day I got them without an issue. After a few days he would not accept them at all, I tried everyday but he wouldn't even snap, even tried blanching them, but he's just backed away.

I then didn't feed for the best part of a week, then tried hand feeding again, but he wouldn't take them. Its now been just over two weeks, I left half a blanched worm on the feeding plate and I noticed the next morning it was gone.

I left half a blanched worm on his plate last night but it was still there this morning.

An on going battle.. I will win. The 0.5kg of worms I bought shall be eaten
